Accreditation Status
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) reviews state websites for compliance with the managed care plan accreditation regulations as set forth in 42 CFR §438.332(c). Accreditation information for California's managed care organizations (MCO), prepaid inpatient health plans (PIHP), and prepaid ambulatory health plans (PAHP) is provided below and updated annually, including accreditation status, the name of the accrediting entity, accreditation program, and accreditation level.
