Sa Nobyembre 29, 2022, lahat ng matagumpay na nairehistrong Covered Entities (CEs), Covered Services Employers (CSEs), Physician Group Entities (PGEs) at Independent Physicians ay makakatanggap ng link sa aplikasyon para sa pagsusumite ng karapat-dapat na direktang impormasyon ng empleyado.
To expedite the submission process, CEs, CSEs, PGEs, and Independent Physicians are encouraged to begin gathering information for each eligible direct employee using the templates provided by DHCS.
In addition, DHCS released application guidance to support the overall submission process on the WRP webpage on November 29, 2022.
Kung ikaw ay isang CE, CSE, PGE, o Independent Physician at hindi nakarehistro sa DHCS, mangyaring bisitahin ang WRP webpage. Upang mag-apply sa ngalan ng iyong mga karapat-dapat na manggagawa/empleyado, ang pagpaparehistro ay dapat isumite bago ang Disyembre 23, 2022.
