Behavioral Health Stakeholder Advisory Committee (BH-SAC) at Stakeholder Advisory Committee (SAC) Meeting

CalAIM Behavioral Health Workgroup Meeting

CalAIM Justice-Involved Advisory Group

On March 24, DHCS held its sixth CalAIM Justice-Involved Advisory Group meeting. Throughout 2022, the advisory group will discuss justice-involved topics, such as Medi-Cal application processes, the 90-days pre-release services delivery model, and reentry planning. Meeting materials from previous meetings are available on the DHCS website. Although advisory group participation is limited to a select group of key stakeholders, members of the public are welcome to listen to these public meetings. Please email CalAIMJusticeAdvisoryGroup@dhcs.ca.gov with any questions. 

CalAIM Population Health Management (PHM) Advisory Group and Strategy and Roadmap

Noong Marso 18, ginanap ng DHCS ang unang pagpupulong ng PHM Advisory Group. Sa buong taong 2022, magpupulong ang PHM Advisory Group upang magbigay ng feedback at mga rekomendasyon sa Programa ng PHM at sa Serbisyo ng PHM. Bagama't limitado ang partisipasyon sa mga miyembro ng Advisory Group, ang publiko ay inaanyayahang dumalo sa mga pagpupulong at magsumite ng mga komento. Ang impormasyon at mga materyales para sa pulong ay ipo-post sa website ng DHCS. Ang mga pagpupulong sa hinaharap ay tututok sa iba't ibang bahagi ng dokumento ng Istratehiya at Roadmap ng PHM, na maglalarawan sa mga pangunahing konsepto ng PHM at magtatakda ng "roadmap" para sa mga Medi-Cal MCP na nagpapatupad ng PHM hanggang 2023 at 2024. Ang dokumento ng Istratehiya at Roadmap ng PHM ay nakatakdang ilabas para sa komento ng publiko sa kalagitnaan ng Abril. CalAIM MLTSS at Duals Integration Workgroup Meeting

On April 21, DHCS will hold the next CalAIM MLTSS and Duals Workgroup meeting via webinar. This meeting will allow stakeholders to provide feedback and share information about policy, operations, and strategy for DHCS’ transition plan for dual eligibles and the CCI transition within the CalAIM initiative. Initial workgroup discussions will focus on policies and operations to transition CMC members to aligned D-SNP/Medi-Cal managed care enrollment. Future topics will be developed based on CalAIM goals and MPA topics around integrated care for dual eligible Californians. Background materials, transcripts, and video recordings of the previous workgroup meetings, along with additional information about the workgroup, are posted on the DHCS website. 

Children and Youth Behavioral Health Initiative (CYBHI)

Noong Marso 15, ang CalHHS, sa pakikipagtulungan ng DHCS at iba pang mga kagawaran ng estado, ay nagsagawa ng isang pampublikong webinar upang magbigay ng pangkalahatang-ideya ng CYBHI, kabilang ang mga layunin, paglalarawan ng mga daloy ng trabaho ng inisyatibo sa loob ng mga kagawaran, at mga plano sa pakikipag-ugnayan ng mga stakeholder. DHCS will launch this month a robust stakeholder engagement effort to obtain input from experts and stakeholders, including children, youth, and their families. DHCS will use the stakeholder engagement process to better understand the existing behavioral health and school-based services landscape, identify needs and gaps in the existing delivery systems, and prioritize areas of focus for DHCS’ CYBHI work streams.

DHCS will also host public webinars, listening tours, and roundtables with key stakeholders, as well as conduct focus groups with children, youth, and families. Additionally, DHCS will convene two CYBHI Think Tanks to incorporate perspectives to help shape a grant effort to scale up evidence-based programs and the Behavioral Health Virtual Services Platform. Each Think Tank is designed so members can provide feedback and shape the development of DHCS’ CYBHI programs through immersive workshops, design-thinking sessions, and other methods for multi-disciplinary engagement.

Community Health Workers (CHW) Stakeholder Workgroup Meeting

Noong Pebrero, ibinahagi ng DHCS ang isang na-update na draft na pahina ng SPA sa mga stakeholder at nakatanggap ng malawak na komento at feedback. Inaasahan ng DHCS na pormal na isusumite ang SPA sa CMS ngayong tagsibol matapos suriin at isama ang feedback ng mga stakeholder. Kapag naisumite na, ang draft na SPA ay ipo-post sa website ng DHCS. Ang benepisyo ng CHW ay nakatakdang magsimula sa Hulyo 1. Makakakuha ng karagdagang impormasyon tungkol sa mga pagpupulong ng mga stakeholder at sa benepisyo ng CHW sa website ng DHCS.

Doula Services Stakeholder Workgroup Meeting

Nakipagpulong ang DHCS sa mga stakeholder noong Pebrero 15 upang magbigay ng update at makatanggap ng feedback sa bagong petsa ng pagpapatupad para sa Enero 1, 2023. Sinuri ng DHCS ang isang draft na pahina ng SPA kasama ang mga stakeholder sa pulong ng mga stakeholder ng doula noong Marso 29. Ang impormasyon tungkol sa benepisyo ng doula ay makukuha sa website ng DHCS.

Medi-Cal Consumer-Focused Stakeholder Workgroup (CFSW) Meeting

Nagsagawa ang DHCS ng isang pulong para sa CFSW sa pamamagitan ng webinar noong Abril 1. Ang susunod na pagpupulong ng CFSW ay gaganapin sa Mayo 6. Makakakuha ng karagdagang impormasyon tungkol sa workgroup sa website ng DHCS.

Medi-Cal Dental Los Angeles Stakeholder Meeting

On May 19, DHCS will host a virtual Medi-Cal Dental Los Angeles Stakeholder meeting. The purpose is for Los Angeles County stakeholders to provide input on how DHCS can best perform oversight of and guide its dental program to improve dental utilization rates and the delivery of oral health and dental care services, including prevention and education services within dental managed care and FFS dental. Additional information is available on the DHCS website.

Tribes at Indian Health Program Representative Meeting 

Noong Abril 1, nagsagawa ang DHCS ng virtual na follow-up na pagpupulong para sa mga kinatawan ng Tribes at Indian Health Program.

On May 20, DHCS will host the quarterly Tribal and Indian Health Program Representatives virtual meeting. The invitation and webinar registration information are posted on the DHCS website.
