Stakeholder Hearing Information: Updated Medi-Cal Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Provider Requirements
On December 9, 2025 from 10:00am to 11:30am, the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) will hold a public hearing via webinar (advance registration required) to discuss the regulatory provider bulletin on updated Medi-Cal enrollment requirements and procedures for Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) providers.
Stakeholders may submit questions and suggestions during the hearing. Written comments will be accepted on the day of the hearing until 5pm. Based on public comments received, DHCS will publish the final bulletin on the Medi-Cal and DHCS websites. Please contact DHCS with any questions at DHCSPEDStakeholder@dhcs.ca.gov.
