Maligayang pagdating sa Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) California Electronic Visit Verification (CalEVV) para sa Indibidwal na Nurse Provider (INP) o Private Duty Nursing (PDN).
Binuo ng California ang kahulugan sa ibaba para sa isang Live-In Caregiver na itinuturing na exempt sa mga kinakailangan ng CalEVV.
Kahulugan
Ang “Live-In Caregiver” ay isang caregiver na regular na nananatili sa tahanan ng tatanggap nang higit sa 24 na oras sa isang pagkakataon at nagbibigay ng alinman sa mga awtorisadong Personal Care Services (PCS) at Home Health Care Services (HHCS).

Mga In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) provider
Individual Waiver Personal Care Service (WPCS) providers and IHSS providers following the self-directed model and that receive payment directly from the state will not submit EVV data using CalEVV. Individual WPCS and IHSS providers must comply with the IHSS EVV requirements published on the California Department of Social Services (CDSS) EVV website and submit EVV data utilizing the IHSS EVV Mobile Application, the IHSS Electronic Services Portal, or the IHSS Telephone Timesheet System. WPCS providers employed by PCS agencies must comply with EVV requirements using CalEVV. For more information and policies regarding IHSS EVV, please see the CDSS EVV website.
