Inilalabas ng California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) itong Request For Proposal (RFP) #22-20180 sa ngalan ng DHCS Behavioral Health Division.
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from firms that are able to support the implementation of DHCS’ Contingency Management pilot. This RFP solicits proposals for Incentive Manager services to manage the electronic tracking and distribution of incentives to Medi-Cal beneficiaries who participate in the Contingency Management pilot.
Nilalayon ng DHCS para sa napiling nagmumungkahi na magbigay ng isang sentralisadong, elektronikong mekanismo para sa pagkalkula ng mga halaga ng insentibo batay sa mga resulta ng screen ng gamot sa ihi at isang paunang natukoy na algorithm, pagbibigay ng mga insentibo sa mga kalahok sa programa, pagsubaybay sa mga petsa at halaga ng pagbabayad ng insentibo sa paglipas ng panahon alinsunod sa mga protocol ng DHCS, at pagbibigay ng benepisyaryo, pagbabayad, at data ng program sa DHCS.

Magiging bukas ang RFP na ito sa lahat ng karapat-dapat na kumpanya at/o indibidwal na nakakatugon sa mga kinakailangan sa kwalipikasyon, kabilang ang mga komersyal na negosyo, non-profit na organisasyon, Estado o pampublikong unibersidad (kabilang ang mga auxiliary na organisasyon) at iba pang entity. Ang kontrata, at pagkuha para sa mga serbisyo ng Contingency Management Incentive Manager, ay hindi kasama sa Public Contract Code (PCC) sa bawat Welfare and Institutions Code (WIC) 14184.102(e).

IMPORTANT: This RFP has been officially released to the California State Contracts Register (CSCR) using the Cal eProcure/Fi$Cal website. Please use the instructions provided below to navigate to, and download, the RFP. All subsequent document releases for this RFP will also be made to the Cal eProcure/Fi$Cal website. As noted on the CD home page, it is highly recommended that all vendors wishing to contract with the State of California complete registration for the Cal eProcure/Fi$Cal system as it is the official location for RFP/IFB releases.
