Департамент охорони здоров’я (DHCS) надає цю оновлену інформацію про важливі зміни щодо програм DHCS, а також вказівки щодо надзвичайної ситуації у сфері охорони здоров’я (PHE) COVID-19.
Серія вебінарів щодо вдосконаленого управління доглядом (ECM).
On June 14, 2022, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. PDT, DHCS will host the second of three webinars on ECM. The “ECM in Rural California” webinar will provide an overview of ECM intended for providers and community-based organizations located in rural areas. DHCS will be joined by Hill Country Community Clinic in Shasta County to share their experiences with providing ECM. Advanced registration is required.
In addition, on June 21, from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. PDT, DHCS will host the final June webinar on ECM. The “ECM & Community Supports Intersection” webinar will include speakers from Illumination Foundation in California to share their experience about being both an ECM and Community Supports provider. The webinar will also include “myth-busting” on misconceptions between the two programs. Advanced registration is required.
