Miễn trừ hệ thống cao cấp
Trung tâm Dịch vụ Medicare & Medicaid liên bang đã chấp thuận đơn xin gia hạn Miễn trừ Hệ thống Cao cấp (SSW), có hiệu lực trong thời hạn năm năm, từ tháng 10 1, 2024 đến tháng 9 30, 2029. Bản miễn trừ đã được chấp thuận và các tài liệu liên quan nằm bên dưới trong phần Gia hạn miễn trừ của Superior Systems hiện tại từ tháng 10 1, 2024 đến tháng 9 30, 2029 .
The SSW describes the utilization review (UR) process for acute inpatient hospitals that serve fee-for-service Medi-Cal patients. Under SSW authority, the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) employs the following UR approaches, depending on the type of acute inpatient service, the hospital type, and the characteristics of the beneficiary’s health care coverage.
- Quy trình Yêu cầu Ủy quyền Điều trị (TAR): Quy trình TAR yêu cầu DHCS phải ủy quyền các dịch vụ bệnh viện nội trú trước khi phê duyệt hoàn trả. Bệnh viện nộp TAR cho DHCS để xem xét và phê duyệt việc nhập viện nhằm đảm bảo đáp ứng nhu cầu y tế trước khi yêu cầu dịch vụ.
- T AR-Free process: The TAR-Free process requires hospitals to use evidence-based, standardized medical review criteria to determine medical necessity and claim for inpatient hospital services, while DHCS performs post-payment clinical and administrative compliance reviews using statistically valid samples of paid inpatient hospital claims.
