返回远程医疗资源​​ 

To meet the new requirements set forth in SB-184 Health (2021-2022), the Department of Health Care services (DHCS) released model telehealth patient consent language (below) that providers may incorporate into to their existing consent forms or communications. The draft model language was informed by key components of the requirements in SB 184, including:​​ 

• 获得面对面服务的权利​​ 
• 同意的自愿性​​ 
• 当其他可用资源已经基本耗尽时，仍有交通工具可供使用，以便获得面对面的服务​​ 
• 通过远程医疗接受服务的限制/风险（如适用）​​ 
• 研究和审查其他州和医疗保健组织使用的远程医疗同意语言​​ 

不要求医疗服务提供者使用 DHCS 的示范语言，但可以将其作为一种资源加以利用。​​
