DHCS proposes to establish one or more Center(s) of Excellence that would provide training, technical assistance, and fidelity monitoring for Medi-Cal specialty behavioral health providers and county behavioral health plans to implement ACT, FACT, CSC for FEP, IPS Supported Employment, Clubhouse Services and EBPs for children and youth. The Center(s) of Excellence for EBPs for children and youth will be responsible for supporting all behavioral health providers and county behavioral health plans throughout the state (58 counties). The Centers of Excellence for ACT, CSC for FEP, IPS Supported Employment and Clubhouse Services will be responsible for supporting providers and plans in counties that “opt-in” to cover EBPs for adults.​​
