部落 MAA 计划说明​​ 

California福利和机构法典 (W&I) 第14132.47条规定，美洲原住民印第安部落、部落组织和部落小组是Medi-Cal行政活动 (MAA) Program的参与者。 这项修改允许美洲原住民印第安部落、部落组织以及部落或部落组织的子群体（在地方政府机构的定义范围内）签订行政活动合同。California有 107 个联邦认可的部落和大约 12 个部落组织。 目前，只有联邦认可的部落和符合条件的部落组织才能申请 MAA 。​​ 

The Tribal MAA program was implemented pursuant to the provisions contained in the Tribal MAA Implementation Plan of 2009. The Tribal MAA Contractor is the only entity that will submit the Tribal MAA Invoice to the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) and is responsible for the preparation of the Tribal MAA Invoice and all backup and supporting documentation kept in the audit file.  For invoices submitted for costs associated with the Tribal Organization and all subcontractors, the Tribal MAA Contractor will ensure receipt and review of all backup and supporting documentation prior to submission of the invoice to DHCS.​​
