7 月8 ， 2026 ， California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) ) 将举办一场关于行为健康结果、问责制和透明度报告 (BHOATR) 的公开听证会，这是行为健康服务法案 (BHSA) 下的一项关键报告要求。
This session will provide an overview of the BHOATR requirements and template. The report supports DHCS’ ability to monitor and track county implementation of the BHSA. Created to strengthen transparency in behavioral health care and funding, the BHSA requires counties to submit a BHOATR annually through the DHCS County Portal beginning on January 30, 2028.
