重大风险医疗保险计划投保人须知
As of January 1, 2025, per Senate Bill 159, health insurance coverage through the California Major Risk Medical Insurance Program (MRMIP) is no longer be available. This means coverage under MRMIP has ended as of 12/31/2024, but other health insurance options may be available. To explore these options, contact Covered California for assistance with applying for coverage, finding health plans, determining eligibility for financial help, or exploring Medi-Cal. Visit https://www.coveredca.com/ or call 800-300-1506 (TTY 888-889-4500), Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. PT. You can also call the Major Risk Medical Insurance Program at 1-800-289-6574 to speak with a representative.
重大风险医疗保险计划
重大风险医疗保险计划 (MRMIP) 为因既往疾病而无法在个人健康保险市场获得保障的加州人提供健康保险。 符合该计划资格的加州居民可通过缴纳保费来承担保险费用。 加利福尼亚州补贴这些保费以支付 MRMIP 的护理费用。 烟草税基金目前正在补贴 MRMIP。
资格：
- 加利福尼亚州居民。
- 不能同时符合医疗保险 A 部分和 B 部分的资格，除非仅因终末期肾病而符合资格。
- 不能购买任何健康保险以继续享受 Cobra 或 CalCobra 的福利
- 无法获得足够的保障
