医疗保险处方药
2003年，国会签署了《医疗保险处方药改进和现代化法案》。 该法律包括一项称为“联邦医疗保险 D 部分”的处方药福利。该新法律规定，从 2006 年 1 月 1 日起，所有联邦医疗保险受益人均可享受处方药保险。
如果您已加入 Medi-Cal 并且同时拥有 Medicare，则从 1 月1至2006日起，新的 Medicare 处方药福利将取代您目前收到的大部分 Medi-Cal 处方药。
