公共论坛是理事会评估行为健康状况和提升行为健康社区和利益相关者的声音的持续过程的一部分。理事会成员利用在这些活动中收集的信息来指导宣传工作并制定政策建议。 

2023 年行为健康服务法案 (SB 326) 公共论坛

委员会举办了全州范围内的《行为健康服务法案》公众论坛，让社区参与到关于第 1 号提案的讨论中，并收集他们的反馈意见。根据参议院第 326 号法案中与市议会政策重点相符的条款，市议会成员制定了相关问题，并以此指导公众论坛的听证会环节。

行为健康服务法案 (BHSA) 公共论坛摘要

Between August 1, 2023, and August 14, 2023 the Council hosted seven public forums, one virtual and six in-person, to educate the public and gather input. The information collected at the forums was shared with the Department of Health Care Services and the Health and Human Services Agency. It was also used by the Council’s Legislation and Public Policy Committee in the development of the Council’s Letter of Concern.
