Specialty Mental Health Services are provided through managed care entities called Mental Health Plans under an approved 1915(b) waiver. The fee schedules posted below contain rates that DHCS reimburses Mental Health Plans for services rendered to Medi-Cal beneficiaries. Mental Health Plans negotiate rates with and reimburse individual network providers and are not required to reimburse network providers at the rates posted below. Rates are developed using a county-wide average of direct and indirect costs along with various other data sources.​​

The fee schedules posted below contain rates that DHCS reimburses DMC-ODS Counties for services rendered to Medi-Cal beneficiaries. DMC-ODS Counties negotiate rates with and reimburse individual network providers and are not required to reimburse network providers at the rates posted below.
