三年计划和支出计划及年度更新​​ 

根据《福利和机构法》（W&I 法）第 5847 条（a）和（b）款，各县必须编制并向精神卫生服务监督和问责委员会（MHSOAC）和Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) ）提交 MHSA Program和支出的三年Program和支出计划（计划）以及年度更新（更新）。 当前计划可在MHSA 县计划和更新中找到。该计划必须完整，并包含所有 MHSA 组成部分。根据 W&I 法规第 5848 条，各县必须在整个规划和制定过程中与选民和利益相关者合作，并且该规划必须由县监事会通过。​​
