管理式醫療問責制 (MCAS)，以前稱為外部問責制 (EAS)，是DHCS選擇由Medi-Cal Managed Care健康計劃 (MCP) 進行年度報告的一套績效衡量標準。
The MCAS/EAS is listed by the measures’ reporting year, which reflects the prior calendar or measurement year’s data (e.g. MCAS/EAS Reporting Year 2019 reflects services based on measurement year 2018 data.)

行為健康問責集 (BHAS) 是DHCS選擇用於縣行為健康計劃 (BHP) 年度報告的一組績效衡量標準。
The BHAS is listed by the measures’ reporting year, which reflects the prior calendar or measurement year’s data (e.g. BHAS Reporting Year 2023 reflects services based on measurement year 2022 data.).
