• 25-0008 Eliminates the “four walls” limitation for IHS-MOA providers and makes a technical change to the title of psychological assistant.

• 25-0016 Establishes a new reimbursement rate methodology for Community Health Worker (CHW) services billed using Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) codes.
• 25-0017更新了為「21 歲以下兒童」TCM 組提供目標個案管理 (TCM) 服務的地理區域。
• 25-0018更新了為「體弱多病者」中醫群體提供中醫服務的地理區域。

• 25-0020 Updates the geographic area offering TCM services for the “Individuals in Jeopardy of Negative Health or Psycho-Social Outcomes” TCM group.
• 25-0021更新「傳染病患者」中醫藥組別提供中醫藥服務的地理區域。
• 25-0022更新州 2025-26 財政年度診斷相關群組付款參數，適用於加州私立醫院和非指定公立醫院、州外（邊境和非邊境）醫院，以及聯邦醫療保險指定為重要就診醫院所提供的一般急症住院服務。
• 25-0023 Adds local educational agencies and public institutions of higher education to the list of eligible providers that can supervise CHWs. In addition, this SPA clarifies the existing policy that any CHW certificate of completion that meets the curricula outlined in the State Plan is acceptable regardless of the issuer.
