何時提交書面意見
The Department invites the public to submit written comments regarding proposed regulations during the announced public comment period. The public comment period is announced in the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking that is published in the California Regulatory Notice Register .
書面評論中包含什麼
為協助本署追蹤及回應閣下的書面意見，請提供以下資料：

您的聯絡資料，以便您可以向您提供對建議規例文本的任何修改的副本。

針對擬議法規的具體意見
針對擬議法規提出具體疑慮的書面意見，本部門將予以處理。最有價值的意見應包含：指明相關法規條文、闡述問題所在、針對擬議法規條文提出修改建議，並說明這些修改為何能解決該問題。遺憾的是，本部門無法針對過於籠統，或未針對所提議之具體法規條文所提出的意見，作出有效回應。
注意：您就擬議法規提交的書面意見中所包含的所有資訊，均將成為公開資訊。請勿包含任何機密資訊（例如：社會安全號碼）、受保護的健康資訊（例如健康保險計劃識別號碼），或其他個人資訊。

- Attending a Public Hearing
The public is invited to attend a public hearing regarding the proposed regulation, if one is scheduled, at the time and place announced in the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking that is published in the California Regulatory Notice Register . The public is welcome to present oral comments and/or submit written comments during the public hearing. The Department shall consider all comments received regarding the proposal equally, whether submitted in writing or through oral testimony.
