Clinic Workforce Stabilization Retention Payments (CWSRP)​​ 

診所僱主的付款簽發流程​​ 

有關付款詳細報告和/或收到金額的問題,合格的診所雇主可以通過電子郵件發送電子郵件至 cwsrp@dhcs.ca.gov。 所有更正之前提交的補充申請,必須在第 23 月 2023 之前收到。付款問題的範例可能包括:​​ 

  • 合格的員工人數和獲得的批准資金與申請提交的不同,DHCS 沒有提供理由。​​ 

  • 僱主申請被拒絕,僱主並沒有及時重新提交。​​ 

  • 僱主在較早的提交內容中意外排除合格的員工。​​ 

僱員付款糾紛 / 發出流程​​ 

If an employee believes they should have received a Clinic Workforce Stabilization Retention Payment or that the amount of the retention payment should have been higher, the employee, or a representative from their union, must first write to their employer to request a review. The employer has 30 days to review. If the employer does not correct the issue within 30 days, the employee can then file a claim with the Labor Commissioner’s Office.
