杜拉實施利益相關者工作小組

助產士實施利害關係人工作小組（簡稱「工作小組」）是根據參議院第 65 號法案（SB 65）成立的，該法案在《福利和機構法典》（W&I 法典）中增加了第 14132.24 條。工作小組的任務是解決以下問題：

確保有資格並需要導樂服務的加州醫療補助健康保健計劃成員可以獲得導樂服務。
最大限度地減少向加州醫療補助健康保健計劃導樂付款或向加州醫療補助健康保健計劃成員導樂服務報銷的障礙和延誤。

Helping to inform the Department of Health Care Services’ (DHCS’) report to the Legislature with data on Medi-Cal members using doula services and recommendations to reduce any identified barriers to doula services.

DHCS is grateful to the members of the Workgroup for their two-year commitment to evaluating and supporting implementation of the Medi-Cal doula benefit. The Workgroup consisted of 30 members who represented doulas, health care providers, consumer and community advocates, health plans, county representatives, and other stakeholders with a vested interest in the success of the doula benefit. DHCS will be evaluating the Workgroup’s recommendations in the Report to identify opportunities for further refinements and enhancements to the Medi-Cal doula benefit on a go-forward basis. Additionally, DHCS has committed to ongoing, ad hoc engagement with a small group of doula partners relative to this important work.
