財政中介人 - 牙科業務營運​​ 

衛生保健服務部 (DHCS) 代表 DHCS Medi-Cal 牙科服務部 (MDSD) 發佈此 RFP #20-10354。徵求建議書的目的是向能夠為 Medi-Cal 牙科計劃提供行政業務服務的公司徵求建議書。本 RFP 徵求承接和經營 Medi-Cal 牙科付費服務計劃相關業務服務的建議書，包括有效和高效率地裁定暫停的索賠、治療授權申請 (TAR) 和相關文件，同時改善對會員和醫療服務提供者的廣泛客戶服務。​​ 

DHCS 打算讓中選的建議者接管這些業務服務，同時利用現有的加州牙科 Medicaid 管理資訊系統 (CD-MMIS)，以符合 Medi-Cal 和其他牙科相關計劃的州和聯邦法規和要求，如本 RFP 所述。目前使用 CD-MMIS 索賠/TARs 處理及其他相關服務的計劃包括 Medi-Cal、California Children's Services Program (CCSP)、Genetically Handapped Persons Program (GHPP) 及 Regional Center Consumers。被選中的投標者必須與牙科財務中介承包商合作，負責維護 CD-MMIS 主機和自動化裁定流程，以履行雙方的合約責任。​​

IMPORTANT:  This RFP has been officially released to the California State Contracts Register (CSCR) using the Cal eProcure/Fi$Cal website. Please use the instructions provided below to navigate to, and download, the RFP. All subsequent document releases for this RFP will also be made to the Cal eProcure/Fi$Cal website. As noted on the CD home page, it is highly recommended that all vendors wishing to contract with the State of California complete registration for the Cal eProcure/Fi$Cal system as it is the official location for RFP/IFB releases. Registration will also allow vendors to receive automatic notifications when contracting opportunities are posted for business categories of their choosing. If selected as a contractor, this system will be used for payments covered by the contract.​​
