In-Home Supportive Services加州計劃選項 ( IHSS )​​ 

IHSS Plus 豁免已將 2009 年 9 月轉換為 IHSS Plus 州立計劃選擇計劃。 IHSS Plus 計劃支付註冊護理提供者，包括父母或配偶，為合格的 Medi-Cal 接受者提供服務。 參加計劃的資格包括 65 歲或以上、盲人或殘疾人士，可能被放置在家外護理設施的人士。 該計劃允許參與者在家接收服務。​​ 

To receive services, an assessment is conducted to determine which types of services may be authorized for each participant based on their needs. Services provided through IHSS can include: housecleaning, meal preparation, laundry, grocery shopping, personal care services (such as bowel and bladder care, bathing, grooming and paramedical services), accompaniment to medical appointments, and/or protective supervision for the mentally impaired.  Authorized services may be provided by a parent, a spouse or a caregiver.  Recipients may qualify for the option of receiving advance pay and restaurant meal allowance.​​
