2023 年行為健康服務法案（SB 326）公眾論壇
The Council conducted statewide Behavioral Health Services Act public forums to engage the community in discussions about Proposition 1 and gather their feedback. Questions based on sections of Senate Bill 326 that align with the Council’s policy priorities were developed by Council Members and used to guide the listening session portion of the public forums.

Between August 1, 2023, and August 14, 2023 the Council hosted seven public forums, one virtual and six in-person, to educate the public and gather input. The information collected at the forums was shared with the Department of Health Care Services and the Health and Human Services Agency. It was also used by the Council’s Legislation and Public Policy Committee in the development of the Council’s Letter of Concern.
