公開論壇是委員會持續進行的過程中，旨在評估行為健康狀況並提高行為健康社區和利益相關者的聲音。理事會成員利用在這些活動中收集的信息來指導倡議工作並制定政策建議。 

2023 年行為健康服務法案（SB 326）公眾論壇

委員會舉辦了全州範圍內的《行為健康服務法案》公眾論壇，讓社區參與關於第 1 號提案的討論中，並收集他們的回饋意見。根據參議院第 326 號法案中與市議會政策重點相符的條款，市議員制定了相關問題，並以此指導公眾論壇的聽證環節。

行為健康服務法案（BHSA）公眾論壇摘要

Between August 1, 2023, and August 14, 2023 the Council hosted seven public forums, one virtual and six in-person, to educate the public and gather input. The information collected at the forums was shared with the Department of Health Care Services and the Health and Human Services Agency. It was also used by the Council’s Legislation and Public Policy Committee in the development of the Council’s Letter of Concern.
