The OHC Processing Center provides a method for members or authorized representatives to modify OHC for Medi-Cal beneficiaries.

Federal and state laws require Medi-Cal beneficiaries to report OHC to ensure Medi-Cal is the payer of last resort. When Medi-Cal learns that a beneficiary has OHC, the Medi-Cal record is than updated to reflect the OHC.
在提交修改 OHC 的請求之前，請提供加州醫療補助健康保健計劃受益人的客戶索引號 (CIN) 和 OHC 資訊。 CIN 是位於受益人福利識別卡 (BIC) 正面的識別號碼的前九個字元。
