County Policy Manual Performance and Equity Measures Public Comment

​Public Comment Period Open from April 20 through May 8​


DHCS invites public comment on the second set of proposed performance and health equity measures related to the Behavioral Health Services Act (BHSA) County Policy Manual. Share your feedback through May 8. These measures use more detailed, granular data to help counties track progress, identify gaps, and improve outcomes for people most impacted by behavioral health challenges, including youth, people experiencing homelessn​ess, and communities of color. Currently, proposed measure descriptions for performance measures and health equity measures are available for public comment.​ ​
