Pagar el gravamen de Medi-Cal
You can pay the Medi-Cal lien by submitting an electronic funds transfer payment online or sending a payment by check in the mail. All payments must include the member’s DHCS account number to ensure the payment is applied to the correct account. Partial payments will be credited to the account but will not be considered as full payment of the lien.
Pago por Transferencia Electrónica de Fondos (EFT). Ofrecemos las siguientes opciones de pago:
- Pago único ent: Ideal for Medi-Cal member or entities that manage few cases.
- Seleccione la opción " Pago único de TPLRD ” tab at the top of the webpage for this payment option.
- Enrolled User Payment: Ideal for entities that manage numerous cases and make multiple payments. This option allows the user to schedule future payments and track payment history. To become an enrolled user, complete the following:
- Paso 1: Complete una nueva solicitud de inscripción. Espere cinco (5) días hábiles para que DHCS confirme la información y cree su cuenta de usuario inscrito.
- Paso 2 : Regístrese como usuario inscrito. Siga las instrucciones proporcionadas por DHCS al recibir su confirmación de inscripción.

Payment by check: Send the check and include the member’s DHCS account number to the address provided below. Allow 15 to 30 business days for DHCS to receive and apply the payment to the member’s account.
