The Hearing Aid Coverage for Children Program (HACCP) is pleased to announce that Kaiser Permanente Hearing Centers in Northern California (KPNC) have joined our efforts to provide essential hearing aid coverage for children in need. KPNC hearing center services are available only to currently enrolled Kaiser Permanente members. NEW: Recorded Training Webinars for Hearing Aid Coverage for Children Program
Medi-Cal's Outreach and Education (O&E) department and the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) have recorded webinars pertaining to billing and invoicing for the Hearing Aid Coverage for Children Program (HACCP).
Providers must log into the Medi-Cal Learning Portal (MLP) and select the Hearing Aid Coverage for Children's Program (HACCP) Live Webinar.
Note: To view the webinar, providers must have internet access and a user profile in the MLP. Google Chrome is the recommended web browser for accessing the MLP. Detailed instructions about the registration process and accessing webinar classes are available on the Outreach & Education page of the Medi-Cal Providers website.

Additional languages are now available to apply online for coverage! HACCP's Online Application Portal now supports Laotian, Japanese, and Hindi, in addition to English, Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, Russian, Hmong, Armenian, Arabic, Tagalog, Ukrainian, Farsi, and Cambodian.
