These are a continuation of the Cal MediConnect dashboard, which includes enrollment, demographic, and federal and state-specific measures of D-SNPs. Additionally, the links below include D-SNP quality measure data not included in the D-SNP Business Intelligence (BI) dashboard and other reports with duals-specific data.
