숙련된 간호 시설 인력 및 품질 인센티브 프로그램​​ 

캘리포니아주의 2025-26 회계연도 주정부 제정 예산에 따라 숙련된 요양 시설(SNF) 인력 및 품질 인센티브 프로그램(WQIP)이 12월에 종료됩니다 31, 2025. DHCS는 향후 이 웹페이지에 자세한 내용을 업데이트할 예정입니다.​​

The Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Workforce & Quality Incentive Program (WQIP) incentivizes facilities to improve quality of care, advance equity in healthcare outcomes, and invest in workforce. SNF WQIP functions as a directed payment program in Medi-Cal Managed Care delivery system for eligible network providers. SNF WQIP is authorized by Welfare & Institutions Code Section 14126.024 (added by Assembly Bill (AB)186 (Chapter 46, Statutes of 2022)) for dates of service January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2026. SNF WQIP succeeds the former SNF Quality and Accountability Supplemental Payment (QASP) program.​​

최종: SNF WQIP CY2025 적격 목록 스프레드시트에는 2025년(PY3) SNF WQIP의 적격 시설에 대한 국가 제공자 식별자(NPI) 및 의료 접근 및 정보(HCAI) ID가 포함되어 있습니다. NPI 업데이트 기한은 2026년 2월 4일까지 SNF WQIP 받은 편지함입니다.​​ 

DHCS와 그 계약자인 의료 서비스 자문 그룹(HSAG)은 메디케어 및 메디케이드 서비스 센터(CMS)를 통해 최소 데이터 세트(MDS)를 SNF WQIP에 활용합니다.  2024년 9월, CMS는 HSAG의 MDS 데이터에 대한 액세스 권한을 제거했습니다. DHCS와 HSAG는 즉시 다른 방법을 통해 MDS 데이터에 대한 액세스 권한을 얻기 위한 프로세스를 시작했습니다.​​   

MDS 데이터를 얻기 위한 CMS와의 작업은 계속되고 있지만 DHCS가 통제할 수 없는 여러 요인으로 인해 프로세스가 예상보다 오래 걸리고 있습니다.​​

Payment Reports includes reports relating to SNF WQIP payment, such as the CY2023 WQIP Final Payment Report, CY2023 SNF WQIP Interim Payment Report, and the CY2023 SNF WQIP Days Summary SNF WQIP Qualifying Facilities List. Listed by report name and date issued. Also included are measurement period, Program Year (PY) impacted, and details and direction concerning each report.​​ 

Please refer to the CalHHS Open Data Portal for the SNF WQIP Quarterly Performance Report and respective performance period ranges.​​ 

Pursuant to DHCS’s Data De-identification Guidelines, DHCS is not able to publicly release any member-level rates that have a denominator less than 11. In the attached report, any rates with a denominator less than 11 are not shown for privacy reasons (i.e. to prevent the identification of individual member’s data). This is called “suppression” for privacy reasons. The suppression of these rates does not affect a facility’s ability to get payment for performance in SNF WQIP. Calculation of performance for payment will be based on the methodology in the SNF WQIP Technical Program Guide.​​
