Dental Medi-Cal Managed Care Plan Transition

Members enrolled in the continuing plans, Health Net or Liberty, will not be impacted by this change. This change does not affect members’ Medi-Cal coverage or benefits. Members’ Medi-Cal coverage and benefits will stay the same even if their DMC plan changes. However, members will have different DMC plan options effective July 1, 2025 with the addition of the California Dental Network and discontinuation of Access Dental Plan, and can change plans if they choose by calling Medi-Cal Health Care Options at (800) 430-4263 (TTY: (800) 430-7077).
