DHCS Stakeholder News Update – May 20, 2022
Minamahal naming mga Stakeholder,
Ibinibigay ng Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) ang update na ito ng mga makabuluhang development patungkol sa mga programa ng DHCS, pati na rin ang gabay na nauugnay sa COVID-19 public health emergency.
Update sa Enhanced Care Management (ECM) Webinar Series
On June 2, from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. PDT, DHCS will host the first in a series of three webinars on ECM. The first webinar, “ECM: A New Vision for Whole Person Care”, will explain the vision for the CalAIM ECM benefit, provide a real life example of implementation in Alameda County, and address frequently asked questions. Interested stakeholders are encouraged to submit questions in advance of the webinar to CalAIMECMILOS@dhcs.ca.gov. Attendees will also have an opportunity to ask questions during the webinar. Advanced registration is required.
Ang pangalawa at pangatlong webinar sa serye ay magaganap sa Hunyo 14 (11:30 am hanggang 1 pm PDT) at Hunyo 21 (10 am hanggang 11:30 am PDT), ayon sa pagkakabanggit, at magtatampok din ng mga halimbawa mula sa field. Magiging available ang mga karagdagang detalye sa webpage ng CalAIM ECM at Community Supports at sa hinaharap na update ng DHCS Stakeholder News.
CalAIM Population Health Management (PHM) – May Meetings
As a reminder, on May 23, DHCS will host a webinar from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. PDT to discuss DHCS’ PHM Service. As described in DHCS’ recently released Draft PHM Strategy and Roadmap, the PHM Service will support DHCS’ vision by:
- Pagkolekta at pagsasama-sama ng magkakaibang impormasyon.
- Nagsasagawa ng mga pangunahing tungkulin ng PHM ng populasyon.
- Providing authorized users with access to more timely, accurate, and comprehensive data on members’ health history and needs.
Ang webinar ay magsasama ng isang talakayan ng mga pangunahing nakaplanong tampok ng Serbisyo ng PHM pati na rin ang pagbibigay ng oras para sa mga tanong at sagot.
Sa Mayo 31, magho-host din ang DHCS ng ikatlong pulong ng PHM Advisory Group mula 2 pm hanggang 3:30 pm PDT. Ang mga pulong ng PHM Advisory Group ay bukas sa publiko, at ang impormasyon sa pagpupulong at mga materyales ay makukuha sa webpage ng PHM.
Stakeholders are encouraged to submit questions in advance of the meetings to CalAIM@dhcs.ca.gov. Advance registration is required for both the PHM Service webinar and the PHM Advisory Group meeting.
