You can pay the Medi-Cal lien by submitting an electronic funds transfer payment online or sending a payment by check in the mail. All payments must include the member’s DHCS account number to ensure the payment is applied to the correct account. Partial payments will be credited to the account but will not be considered as full payment of the lien.​​

Payment by check: Send the check and include the member’s DHCS account number to the address provided below. Allow 15 to 30 business days for DHCS to receive and apply the payment to the member’s account.​​
