卫生保健服务部 (DHCS)/调查司 (ID) 调查员与众多联盟机构合作并开展联合调查，其中包括：
- 联邦医疗保险和医疗补助服务中心。
- 加州司法部，加州医疗补助欺诈和虐待老人司；其是指定的医疗补助欺诈控制部门。
- Local County Sheriff’s Offices, city police departments, probation departments, district attorney’s offices, county social services staff, such as, eligibility workers, social workers, special investigative units, and welfare fraud investigators.
- 州部门包括州审计长办公室、加州社会服务部成人保护服务处、加州消费者事务部药房委员会、加州医疗委员会、加州牙科委员会、加州公共卫生部、加州发展服务部、加州惩教和康复部以及加州公路巡逻局。
- Federal agencies including the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office of the Inspector General, Social Security Administration, the Drug Enforcement Administration, and the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
