卫生保健服务部 (DHCS) 从1 1 月、 2023 1 月起将二元服务添加为一项福利。 Medi-Cal 会员可以通过按服务收费 (FFS) 和管理式医疗计划 (MCP) 获得二元服务。​​ 

Dyadic services are a family and caregiver focused model of care intended to address developmental and behavioral health conditions of children and includes services provided to parent(s)/caregiver(s) (known as a “dyad”). Dyadic services help improve access to preventive care for children and rates of immunization completion. They also address coordination of care, child social-emotional health and safety, developmentally appropriate parenting, and maternal mental health. Dyadic services include the following:​​ 

  • 行为健康 (DBH) 就诊​​ 
  • 获得社区支持服务​​ 
  • 心理教育服务​​ 
  • 儿童发展的家庭培训和咨询​​ 

儿童（21 岁以下的 Medi-Cal 会员）及其父母/看护人符合以下条件：按照 Bright Futures/美国儿科学会的行为/社交/情感筛查评估周期安排进行 DBH 就诊，且在医学上有需要时。 二元服务是针对 21 岁以下儿童及其父母/照顾者提供的综合身体和行为健康筛查和服务。​​ 

二元服务可供不符合 Medi-Cal 资格的儿童的父母/看护人（21 岁以下的 Medi-Cal 会员）使用，只要该二元服务直接惠及儿童。 父母/监护人可以接受特定的评估、筛查、咨询和简短干预服务，包括家庭培训和咨询。​​ 

For Medi-Cal FFS members, questions regarding Medi-Cal’s dyadic services benefit should be directed to their treating health care provider.  Medi-Cal MCP members should talk to their treating health care provider or MCP to assist them in determining if dyadic services are appropriate.
