Medi-Cal 2020 和 CalAIM 1115 示范进度报告

年度进展报告
同时，根据 STC 的要求，州政府应在每个示范年结束后 120 天内向 CMS 提交年度进展报告。这些年度报告记录了该州的成就、项目状况、定量和案例研究结果、使用数据以及示范项目运行过程中的政策和行政困难。这些报告还介绍了各种减免计划的活动进展和成果。
