听力保护计划
The California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS), Children’s Medical Services (CMS) has implemented a statewide comprehensive Hearing Conservation Program (HCP). The HCP helps to identify hearing loss in preschoolers to 21 years of age in Public Schools or state supported programs.
请注意：PM 100 表格
- All school districts must collect all hearing screening results from each school (including charter schools) in their district and submit one PM 100 with the total combined results. Individual PM 100’s from schools will no longer be accepted.
