居家支持服务加州计划选项 (IHSS+)​​ 

2009 年 9 月，IHSS Plus 豁免转换为 IHSS Plus 州计划选择计划。 IHSS Plus 计划向已登记的护理提供者（包括父母或配偶）支付费用，以向合格的 Medi-Cal 接受者提供服务。 符合该计划参与资格的人员包括年满 65 岁、失明或可能被安置在家庭外护理机构的残疾人士。 该计划允许参与者在家中接受服务。​​ 

To receive services, an assessment is conducted to determine which types of services may be authorized for each participant based on their needs. Services provided through IHSS can include: housecleaning, meal preparation, laundry, grocery shopping, personal care services (such as bowel and bladder care, bathing, grooming and paramedical services), accompaniment to medical appointments, and/or protective supervision for the mentally impaired.  Authorized services may be provided by a parent, a spouse or a caregiver.  Recipients may qualify for the option of receiving advance pay and restaurant meal allowance.​​
