醫療保健服務部（DHCS）福利部（BD）的四個分支之一是癌症計劃分支，該分支機構設有兩個專科計劃：每一位婦女計劃（EWC）計劃和前列腺癌治療計劃（PCTP）。
EWC 計劃
The EWC Program provides free breast and cervical cancer screening and diagnostic services to California’s underserved populations. The mission of the EWC Program is to mitigate the devastating medical, emotional and financial effects of breast and cervical cancer and eliminate health disparities for medically underserved, low-income individuals.

PCTP
PCTP由DHCS /BD 監督，並透過與California大學Los Angeles分校 (UCLA) 簽訂的合約進行管理。 PCTP 也被稱為IMPACT：改善加州前列腺癌患者的就醫、諮詢和治療。PCTP 是一項全州範圍的Program ，它與社區醫療機構和當地衛生部門合作，為幾乎沒有或完全沒有醫療保險的個人提供前列腺癌治療。 PCTP 為California 18 歲及以上的低收入（低於聯邦貧困線 200%）、無保險和保險不足的個人開發、擴大和確保高品質的前列腺癌治療。
