EWC 計劃​​ 

The EWC Program provides free breast and cervical cancer screening and diagnostic services to California’s underserved populations. The mission of the EWC Program is to mitigate the devastating medical, emotional and financial effects of breast and cervical cancer and eliminate health disparities for medically underserved, low-income individuals.​​

PCTP​​ 

PCTP 由 DHCS/BD 監督，並通過與加利福尼亞大學洛杉磯大學（UCLA）簽訂合同管理。 PCTP 也被稱為 IMPACT：針對加州患前列腺癌的人提升一次評估，改善 & T 治療。 PCTP 是一個全州的計劃，與社區提供者和當地衛生部門合作，為擁有少或沒有健康保險的個人提供前列腺癌治療。 PCTP 為 18 歲及以上的低收入（或低於聯邦貧窮水平的 200％）、無保險和未受保險的加州人士開發、擴展和確保高質量的前列腺癌治療。​​
