二次性服務作為醫療保障​​  

由 2023 年 1 月 1 日起，衞生護理服務部（DHCS）增加了雙重服務作為福利。 Medi-Cal 會員可以通過服務費（FFS）和託管護理計劃（MCP）提供 Dyadic 服務。​​ 

Dyadic services are a family and caregiver focused model of care intended to address developmental and behavioral health conditions of children and includes services provided to parent(s)/caregiver(s) (known as a “dyad”). Dyadic services help improve access to preventive care for children and rates of immunization completion. They also address coordination of care, child social-emotional health and safety, developmentally appropriate parenting, and maternal mental health. Dyadic services include the following:​​ 

  • 行為健康（DBH）訪問​​ 
  • 使用社區支援服務​​ 
  • 心理教育服務​​ 
  • 家庭培訓和輔導兒童發展​​ 

兒童（21 歲以下的 Medi-Cal 成員）及其父母/照顧者在根據明亮未來/美國兒科學院定期計劃進行行為/社交/情緒篩查評估，以及在醫療需要時進行 DBH 檢查時，均有資格進行 DBH 訪問。 Dyadic 服務是為 21 歲以下兒童及其父母/照顧者提供的綜合體健康檢查和服務。​​ 

兒童的非 Medi-Cal 合資格的父母/照顧者（21 歲以下的 Medi-Cal 會員）提供 Dyadic 服務，只要該服務是為子女直接受益而提供。 家長/照顧者可以接受特定的評估、篩查、諮詢和簡短介入服務，包括家庭培訓和諮詢。​​ 

For Medi-Cal FFS members, questions regarding Medi-Cal’s dyadic services benefit should be directed to their treating health care provider.  Medi-Cal MCP members should talk to their treating health care provider or MCP to assist them in determining if dyadic services are appropriate.
