Round 3: Launch Ready
BHCIP Round 3: Launch Ready grant funding awards of $518.5 million were announced in June 2022 with a unique collaboration with the California Department of Social Services and its Community Care Expansion Program. Through this round of funding, proposed projects were to be launch ready, required to show they had been through a planning process, and ready for project implementation.
Round 3: Launch Ready Dashboard
- Adult Residential Substance Use Disorder (SUD) facilities are required to obtain at least one DHCS Level of Care (LOC) Designation and/or at least one residential ASAM LOC Certification to comply with license compliance requirements.
- The Community Wellness Center facility type is primarily designated as a mental health (MH) outpatient facility though may offer services for SUD or integrated MH and SUD care.
