DHCS has established Centers of Excellence (COEs) to provide training, technical assistance, and fidelity monitoring support to county behavioral health delivery systems and behavioral health practitioners in implementing evidence-based practices (EBPs) under BH-CONNECT and the Behavioral Health Services Act (BHSA).
Ang DHCS ay nakikipagtulungan sa Health Management Associates, Inc (HMA) bilang COE Administrative Entity upang mangasiwa, mag-coordinate, at mag-streamline ng mga aktibidad na isinasagawa ng mga sumusunod na COE:
- The Regents of the University of California, Los Angeles – Public Mental Health Partnership (UCLA PMHP) para suportahan ang ACT at FACT
- The Regents of the University of California, Davis – EPI-CAL (UC Davis – EPI-CAL) para suportahan ang CSC
- IPS Supported Employment Center para suportahan ang IPS Supported Employment.
- Clubhouse International upang suportahan ang Mga Serbisyo ng Clubhouse
- Mga Serbisyo ng MST upang suportahan ang MST
- FFT, LLC upang suportahan ang FFT
- PCIT International upang suportahan ang PCIT
- Resource Center for Family-Focused Practice (RCFFP), isang programa sa loob ng Division of Continuing and Professional Education sa University of California, Davis, upang suportahan ang HFW
