DHCS Stakeholder News Update – May 20, 2022

增强护理管理 (ECM) 网络研讨会系列更新
On June 2, from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. PDT, DHCS will host the first in a series of three webinars on ECM. The first webinar, “ECM: A New Vision for Whole Person Care”, will explain the vision for the CalAIM ECM benefit, provide a real life example of implementation in Alameda County, and address frequently asked questions. Interested stakeholders are encouraged to submit questions in advance of the webinar to CalAIMECMILOS@dhcs.ca.gov. Attendees will also have an opportunity to ask questions during the webinar. Advanced registration is required.

CalAIM 人口健康管理 (PHM) – 五月会议

Stakeholders are encouraged to submit questions in advance of the meetings to CalAIM@dhcs.ca.gov. Advance registration is required for both the PHM Service webinar and the PHM Advisory Group meeting.
