New Application Types Added to Licensing and Certification Portal
SUD providers can submit initial applications for licensing and/or certification, level of care designations, and complete renewals for existing programs. Current providers should sign up to set up their organization and verify their profile.
Please note: Amendment applications will become available in the LCP at a later date.
