Medi-Cal 声音与愿景委员会
Medi-Cal 声音与愿景委员会（声音与愿景委员会）是 Medi-Cal 成员、Medi-Cal 健康计划、Medi-Cal 提供商、社区组织和州/县合作伙伴的独特空间，他们与 Medi-Cal 成员合作，直接向 DHCS 领导团队提供有关 Medi-Cal 政策、计划和实施的意见，以确保利益相关者和成员的观点成为 Medi-Cal 计划设计和管理的一部分。
To meet federal requirements under Title 42 Section 431.12, the Voices and Vision Council serves as California’s Medicaid Advisory Committee.
成员构成
The council will have a maximum of 20 members and include at least one representative from:
- 代表 Medi-Cal 成员的利益或为其提供直接服务的州或地方消费者权益团体或其他社区组织。
- Clinical providers or administrators who are familiar with the health and social needs of Medi-Cal members and with the resources available and required for their care. This includes providers or administrators of primary care, specialty care, and long-term care.
- 参与医疗补助管理式医疗组织、预付住院健康计划、预付门诊健康计划、初级保健病例管理实体或初级保健病例经理（定义见第 438.2 条），或代表多个此类计划的健康计划协会。
- 为医疗补助计划成员提供服务的其他州机构（例如，寄养机构、精神卫生机构、卫生部门、受权进行医疗补助计划资格审查的州机构、州老龄问题办公室），作为当然成员，无表决权；以及

- During meetings, Voices and Vision Council members will provide DHCS with valuable insights based on their experience into how the Medi-Cal program can meet the needs of Medi-Cal members.

- Members of the Voices and Vision Council will be selected to fulfill the required representation. Committee membership positions are not transferable.
