- out-of-pocket medical expenses expected to be more than 20 percent of family’s adjusted gross income
- 需要進行評估以確定是否存在 CCS 涵蓋的健康問題
- 因存在 CCS 涵蓋的已知健康問題而被收養
- a need for the Medical Therapy Program
