Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly
Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly ( PACE ) 護理模式提供了一個全面的醫療/社會服務提供系統，在PACE中心採用跨學科團隊方法，提供和協調所有所需的預防、初級、急性和長期護理服務。服務是為原本居住在護理機構的老年人提供的。 PACE模式使符合條件的個人能夠盡可能長時間地保持獨立並留在家中。要符合資格，個人必須年滿 55 歲，居住在PACE服務區域，由衛生保健服務部確定符合療養院護理級別的資格，並且能夠安全地生活在自己的家中或社區中。

Effective 12:00AM, November 20, 2025, the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) will impose a PACE application pause for a minimum of two years.
During the two-year pause, DHCS will not accept PACE initial applications for entities wishing to become new PACE organizations or service area expansion applications from existing PACE organizations.
