療養院融資改革 (AB 186)
2022 年第 46 號法令（議會法案 186）修訂了《 Medi-Cal補助長期照護報銷法》，改革了適用於 B 級獨立專業護理機構和 B 級成人獨立亞急性護理機構的融資方法。 AB 186 授權的融資方法自 1 月 1、2023 日起生效，至 12 月 31、2026 止。AB 186 授權Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) ) 實施三個主要新Program ：勞動力和品質激勵Program (WQIP)、勞動力標準Program和問責制裁Program 。 DHCS正在2022年和2023年開發這些Program 。

AB 186 requires DHCS to establish the methodology, parameters, and eligibility criteria for these programs in consultation with representatives from the long-term care industry, organized labor, consumer advocates, and managed care plans.
