CalAIMコンセプトペーパー
DHCS is hosting a 30-day public comment period from July 23 to August 22, 2025, to solicit feedback on the Continuing the Transformation of Medi-Cal Concept Paper. This concept paper focuses on California’s Medi-Cal transformation efforts to date and highlights DHCS’ vision and goals for the five years, starting in 2027, after key federal waivers that authorize California Advancing and Innovating Medi-Cal (CalAIM) expire in December 2026.

CalAIMの提案書を更新しました
DHCSは、2021年1月8日に改訂されたCalAIM提案を発表しました。
DHCSは、2019年10月29日に、ステークホルダー諮問委員会(SAC)および行動健康ステークホルダー諮問委員会(BH-SAC)の会議でCalAIMの提案を正式に発表しました。 2019年11月から2020年2月にかけて、DHCSは、CalAIMとMedi-Calが運営する連邦当局の更新の両方に対して広範な利害関係者の関与を実施しました(つまり、 1115および1915bの免除)。
DHCSは、当初2021年1月1日に予定されていたCalAIMイニシアチブの実施計画を延期し、DHCSとすべてのパートナーがCOVID-19による公衆衛生上の緊急事態から生じるニーズに限られたリソースを集中できるようにしました。
DHCSは、2021年1月に2021年のCalAIM提案の概要を説明するウェビナーを開催し、利害関係者のフィードバックに基づいて元の提案に加えられた変更を含む、提案の構成要素をレビューしました。

CalAIMワークグループ
In 2019, DHCS established topic-specific stakeholder workgroups to explore specific sections of the CalAIM proposal. While these workgroups concluded in February 2020, several new workgroups continue to meet to share feedback and learn more about CalAIM initiatives. ポピュレーションヘルスマネジメント(PHM)アドバイザリーグループ
Launched in 2022, the PHM Advisory Group is comprised of cross-sector stakeholders who provide feedback and recommendations on many aspects of the CalAIM PHM program and the PHM Service. Members include a diverse set of leaders from across the state with representation from health plans, providers, counties, state departments, consumer organizations, and other groups. Specific topics for discussion will vary by meeting and will include screening and assessments, risk stratification and tiering, basic population health management, including wellness and prevention, care management, and patient engagement. While the PHM Advisory Group will be open to the public, active participation will be limited to Advisory Group members. The group will meet periodically through 2022.

子供と家族の健康と機会をサポートするMedi-Cal戦略
DHCSは2022年3月2日に、既存および新たに提案された子供と家族の健康イニシアチブの共通点を統合し、DHCSの子供向けサービスの説明責任と監視を強化する、Medi-Calに登録した家族向けの戦略を発表しました。 DHCSは、予防ケアの改善やEPSDT財団、子供のケアと結果における健康格差への対処、意思決定への登録者の声をよりよく含めるための家族との関わり、若者の行動健康危機への対処など、Medi-Calに登録した子供と家族への焦点を強化しています。
